These are the important things that you need to read BEFORE ordering.

Allergies
All costumes are built in my home that I share with cats and dogs. Although every effort is made to keep them separated their fur and dander may come in contact with your items.

Quotes
Quotes are a price estimate on your chosen design, they do not guarantee you a commission slot. Prices are not negotiable. Any attempt to haggle may result in your order being turned down. Unless stated postage is not included in the quoted amount. Postage is calculated when an order is completed
Payments and Payment Plans
Payments are accepted via PayPal direct, PayID and deposit (within Australia only). Four options are available:
1. 100% deposit upfront
2. A 50% upfront to secure your commission slot. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of your order
3. A 30% deposit upfront to secure your commission slot with 6 equal payments paid monthly.

Failure to make payments of the agreed upon amount and date will result in your order being cancelled and your deposit being forfeited.

Cancellations & Refunds
If the customer cancels an order before construction has begun they will be refunded the commission cost minus 30%. If construction has begun the refund amount is calculated on how much of the suit has been completed. If the order has been completed no refund will be given. A customer cancelled order may have the suit modified to no longer resemble the customers character and be sold.
If a customer fails to make payment plan payments of the agreed upon amount on the agreed upon date the order will be cancelled. They will be refunded the amount paid minus the deposit amount.
TMC reserves the right to cancel an order at any time without prior warning in which case 100% of the commission amount will be refunded.

Completion Deadlines and Rush Fees
Rush or deadline commissions are taken on a case by case basis. If you have a deadline in mind you need to notify me during the quoting process. If I am unable to fulfil the order by the deadline due to illness, machinery breakdown, materials being unavailable, etc. the rush fee will be refunded in full.

2 month turnaround = 100% of your quoted amount
4 month turnaround = 50% of your quoted amount
6 month turnaround = 25% of your quoted amount
If you are getting a fullsuit the rush order turnaround times start from the day your DTD arrives.

Tape Dummy
You tape dummy needs to be an accurate representation of your body to ensure your finished fursuit fits comfortably. If you dummy is not usable I will ask you to remake it.
I know making them can be uncomfortable but a poorly made dummy can really effect the fit of your fursuit so making it correctly is very important.
Materials for your order will NOT be ordered and construction will not begin until your tape dummy has been received. If your dummy has not been received on time your commission will be pushed back to the next available slot.

Design Changes
Any changes made to the agreed upon design and features after the deposit has been paid incur an additional fee. These fees are calculated on a case by case basis.

Work in Progress Photos
Work in progress photos are only sent out via email at certain parts of the construction process and final photos once the suit is completed. W.I.P pictures of commissions are sometimes posted on Facebook and Twitter. If you want your costume to remain a secret until you debut it make sure you tell me in the 'Additional Info and Requirements' section of the order form and I will not post pictures publicly until an agreed upon date. TMC reserves the right to use any pictures of any costume, both during and after construction, commissioned from TMC for advertisement purposes which may include posting them to the websites mentioned above.
Postage
Costumes are sent within Australia using Australia Post with insurance for the full amount of the item, 'signature on delivery' and tracking numbers as standard. Express postage is available on request at the customers expense.
Customers may also choose to have their fursuit shipped by another carrier. All associated chargers are to be paid by the customer.
International orders are sent via an international courier with insurance and tracking. International customers need to be aware of their countries import laws and taxes. TMC is not responsible for any Customs charges, taxes or delays.
Once the parcel has been sent we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed deliveries. Any damages or missing items resulting from being posted are not covered by warranty.
I do not offer any kind of drop off or pick up service for suits, dummies, etc.

Any damage caused by alterations or abuse are not covered by the warranty.
After the first 6 months repairs are priced at a basic hourly rate and material costs.
If you ever have an issue with your fursuit please email me at [email protected] to discuss any repairs or alterations.
Any fursuit or parts sent back for repairs must be clean and free of odours. I reserve the right to refuse to work on any soiled suits or parts and either return them unaltered or charge a cleaning fee before work begins.
