What payment options do you accept?
Bank Transfers are accepted within Australia only. Paypal accepted internationally.
Do you offer payment plans?
I offer two payment options.
Option 1:
A 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed. The remaining 50% is due when the order has been completed

Shipping Costs
Unless stated shipping costs are not included in your quote.
Some orders have the shipping costs calculated when they have been completed to get accurate weight and box measurements.

Domestic Shipping
Suits are sent within Australia via Australia Post. All suits are fully insured and require a signature on delivery.
I can ship with couriers at the customers request.

International Shipping
International parcels are sent via Australia post, fully insured and require a signature on delivery.

Reference Images
Suitable Reference Images
I require a minimum of a 2 view (front and back in a simple standing pose) flat coloured reference sheet. A 3 view reference that includes a side pose is even better. Your reference sheet is our main reference when we are making your suit so please make sure everything you want included on your suit must be clearly visible on your reference sheet. Written queues like 'Follow Me eyes' and 'Digitigrade padding' on your reference sheet are very appreciated.
Please take the time to get a clear reference sheet of your character and avoid action poses, shading and gradient colouring as it can make interpreting details such as markings difficult.
If you want an artistic freedom suit based on an actual animal some clear photos are also acceptable as a reference image.
Please keep in mind I do not make copies of others suits (unless you are the owners of the original suit) or trademarked characters such as cartoon characters.

Can you make me a suit like one I've seen?
No, please do not ask. Not unless you have direct permission from the character owner.
We may accept photos of other peoples suits as reference but only for examples such as 'I'd like this fur/colour' or 'I'd like hair like this'.

Can you make me a suit of a cartoon character?
No. I cannot make any copyrighted or trademarked characters for legal reasons without written permission from the copyright or trademark holder.
Do you take artistic freedom commissions?
Absolutely! If you have a species and basic colour palette in mind I can definitely design a fursuit for you.
Design and Construction
Do you sell head bases or parts?
Generally no.
I prefer to sell only completed suits.
Previous customers are welcome to email reguarding upgrading or replacing aging parts.

Do you airbrush and spots/marking?
No.
I sew all markings to keep them clean and crisp and fitting with out toony style.

Do you offer L.E.D.s, fans or other electronics?
No.
I no longer offer these options as they proved to be too expensive and too fragile.

Do you offer realistic style suits?
No. I have decided to focus solely on developing our toony style so we no longer offer realistic styled suits.
Can you make glasses friendly heads?
Certainly! There is a section for that option on our order form

Are you open for quotes?

Can I order a partial now and order a bodysuit later?
Yes, but be aware certain factors like materials being discontinued may prevent the bodysuit perfectly matching your existing costume.
Does my costume have a warranty?
All fursuits come with a 6 month warranty for any damage that may be deemed our fault (such as popping seams). Any other damage is not covered by the warranty and repair costs may vary.

How many people work at TMC?
Just one! I, Kelz, do all the admin, posting and fursuit building at TMC.

No.
I have no plans of taking on any employees or apprentices.

How long have you been making suits?
I made my first suits in 2010, took my first commission from a friend later that year and created TMC soon after.
Can I come to you to get measured for my suit?
No.
I do not offer any kind of pick up or drop off services. Instead I am happy to walk you through the measuring process and link you to useful tutorials on DTD The same goes for dropping off tape dummies and picking up suits.

Can you teach me how to make a fursuit?
In short, no. Making a fursuit is a long complex and sometimes expensive process and I don't currently, or have any immediate plans to make any tutorials. There are many fantastic tutorial on fursuits making online please take the time to search for them. If you do have an specific fursuit construction questions please send us an email and we may be able to help you.
